Extension to tweed street

A quick note to say C3 are extending the end of Tweed Street by approx. 60m to give access into the next parcel R9.2. These works are starting on Monday 22nd for approx. 8 weeks. The R9.2 parcel will be for David Wilso Homes.

We will be constructing a new farm access from the end of this road down to the Lubbesthorpe bridle road for access to New House Farm.

Following these works the old Haul Road at the end of Laxford Lane near Barratts parcel R5.1 will be removed and the completion of Laxford Lane will commence to link both ends of this road.

Barratts will be commencing work on the R6.3 and 5 parcels following the completion of the works.

Our overall programme is 18 weeks from 22nd July 2024 for these roads and footpaths.
